Yang Strategy Partners is led by Beth Yang, a Saint Paul-based operations and compliance consultant with over 15 years of experience across legal, human services, healthcare, and business environments.
Before founding Yang Strategy Partners, Beth spent nearly a decade at Dorsey & Whitney LLP — one of Minnesota’s largest law firms — managing business operations, quality control, and systems coordination. She’s worked inside nonprofits, law offices, healthcare organizations, and small businesses. She knows what these environments actually look like from the inside.
